My sister went for a check up for her bronchitis. After a long wait, they informed her that her insurance coverage had been cancelled. Fair enough, we called our parents to see what is up and they spoke THEMSELVES with the insurance, saying everything was fine and there was no issue. The center refused to speak with our parents, refused to speak with the insurance company (after proving a telephone number, ID #), insisting it was cancelled. Because my sister's health came first, we agreed to put the insurance aside (seeing they would not budge), and just pay the full amount. They did not accept payment. My sister had to leave without her bronchitis checkup, because there was no one willing to help her. Health comes first!!! All they seemed to care about was the money. Never coming back again!! And seeing from the horrible reviews, this decision is justified!

I was seen today and had a great visit!!! The wait was slightly longer because the lobby was full of many people. As soon as my vitals we're taken I saw the doctor and he prescribed me medications and was very thorough with answering all my questions . The staff from the front to the medical staff was phenomenal. They treated me as if they knew me and I have never been there before. They are very compassionate and professional. Thank you for being so convienant !!

Came to this clinic after being told great things about MD Now. They were conveniently close to home so with not feeling well, it suited perfectly. I usually just go to the Walgreens Clinic when my Dr can't get me in, but the meds they gave me didnt work, so I thought this place where you get to see a "real Dr.", was great. Wrong. They tell you that you will be in-and-out within the hour. There were only 2 other people in the waiting room, so it sounded right. After waiting for almost an hour and a half to be seen, I was finally taken back. A NP came in and saw me, not a DR. Told me they'd give me different meds and to hang on. She left the room, where I then continue to wait... 10, 20... 30+ minutes. I asked if I still should be waiting to which I was told "yes". I had no idea this visit would be a 2 hour + ordeal and never get to see an actual DR. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of time. I should have gone back to Walgreens where I would have been done in under and hour with a new rx on hand. Now I get to take my new rx to CVS and wait for that to be filled. Not happy.

I was there today I waited 1and half hour to be see with the doctor. And other hour waited inside for doctor. Which is he came like 5 minutes and leave. There only have ONE doctor!! I was coughing nonstop so it is VERY urgent to see the doctor. I wouldn't recommend to anyone if you really need see the doctor right away. On top of that staffs are sooo rude. They told me there nothing they can do about my cold which I spend 150 for NOTHING. By all mean go somewhere else!!!

Excellent and easy way to get rapid care friendly staff and nice Doctor in and out in a hour I recommend 100%. THANK YOU
