The scheduler told me they accepted my insurance. I showed up at 7:45 AM and got told they do not accept my insurance. Since the insurance company had approved the visit, I can only assume that it is their office policy not to accept patients on Oregon Health Plan. I am sure the doctor is fine but I am upset that you wasted my time and now I have to wait another month to be seen by another office. Thanks.

Reviews are important to me when I'm shopping online so I felt it was important to leave a review after my experience today at Advanced Dermotology. I was happy with the staff's response time in calling me back and answering my questions, however my experience with the Dr was completely different. I went in to see about having a facial wart removed and I was bombarded with insults about why it was so large and that it was my fault it had not gone away. It was very humiliating and unprofessional. Treating a patient with respect is very important to me and that was not at all my experience at this office.

I've been seeing her for years and I travel from Bend Or to see her. Wouldn't have it any other way !!!!!

Dr. Landers is a very competent physician. I have been seeing her for about 12 years....she knows her stuff. I am a Nurse Practitioner and she was recommended to me by a drug rep who has known her since her fellowship days up at OHSU. She has always done a great job with me. She is quick but don't take that as uncaring.
