We couldn't be happier with our selection of Advanced Exteriors to repair our roof, shingles and gutters after the major hail storm in Denver 2017. Advanced Exteriors truly has a team of professionals that helped us through the entire process. The Project Manager, installation crew, Quality Control Department and Accounting Department were all extremely helpful. Our Project Manager was here for each major phase of the project and kept us informed throughout the process. He worked closely with our insurance company and his accounting department to get all the approvals we needed. The Quality Control Inspector found some minor issues that were taken care of quickly and Building Inspector approved the project immediately. Most importantly to us is the kept all of there promises. We needed extra help with the insurance company and they took care of all the red tape. They delivered a quality product and we couldn't be more pleased.

The rep that came out to do the estimate was nice and knowledgable, but after that, the delays and lack of action is interminable. Calling their office is frustrating, as *THEY WILL NOT LET ME SPEAK* with another rep, they insist on funneling me to the sales guy, who seems to be never there. Even though I see other people have gotten results with them, this is too frustrating for me, will go with someone else, do not recommend dealing with this company.

Let me tell you about this company...I work for a painting company and have completed over 100 projects with Advanced Exteriors and more specifically Andrew Graves and Andrew Mino.  The customer service of this company is second to none, they are always out for the best interest of the client sometimes even to their own loss. I have seen them bend over backwards time and time again to help people beautify the exterior of their home. 

If you ever need a roof, windows, or anything else related to the exterior of your home this company is the way to go. Don't hesitate to trust your home with Advanced Exteriors every time!

Five months to complete a "two day" job. Several crews to do and redo contracted work. Customer had to double check the work and refocus the vendor on work that needed remediation. Very stressful for my family to have a constant flow of sub-contracted roofing strangers at the house attempting to fix what was supposed to be done right the first time. Finally an AE in-house crew completed the work.
