Premier Roofing Company provides roofing for Denver, Colo Springs, Ft. Collins, Kansas City, and Chicago homeowners with permanent offices & local employees in each.

Story

Services include: free roof inspections, free hail and wind storm damage assessments, removal and replacement of asphalt, wood shake, metal and tile roofs.

We work with all insurance companies in cases of storm damage and provide no-obligation estimates if you are replacing your roof as a home improvement project. We are a full-service roofing contractor focused on a high quality of service, industry-best products, and great pricing.

Ben McFerron and Chris Tulp, long-time friends and Colorado College classmates, started Premier Roofing Company in 2005 with the goal to bring honesty and dedication to the roofing industry, their customers, and their employees.

I can’t recommend this company because of their dishonesty.  When I agreed to have the work done, I voiced concern about them removing and replacing my gutters and gutter covers because the covers are screwed into the roof.  When the repairs were done, I was pleased that gutters and covers weren’t touched and had remained intact.

Then I received the final bill from them, which INCLUDED removal and replacement of gutters/gutter covers.  I spoke with the company representative and told him I wouldn’t be remitting payment for work that hadn’t been done.  Now I have received another bill from them, which I won’t pay.  Their bill was more than $1,800 more than the estimate which was given.  At this time, no one is answering or returning calls I make.  If they want to come and verify that the work wasn’t done they are free to do so.

It is hard to give a review where I feel that due to the nature of the timing of the replacement after one of the severest hailstorms in Denver's history, that resources were thin when I used Premiers services, so that said, my issues were more related to the timing and how extremely busy all companies were at this time, however, be noted, even using this company because a friend had worked for the and advanced well in the company, they were deceitful and the work was not good.  Check Line 8 of your contract when you sign it, don't let them take the overhead and profit, farm it out to some other roofers and pay those roofers $7/hour. Then charge you for hiring the company, doing the leg work on what company to hire after talking to different ones and say they were the General Contractor for the job not the roofers. 

Buyer beware!!!

I had a great experience. Very user friendly. They showed up on time. Very flexible on the estimate and completed repairs very quickly. I will definitely use them again!

After we got hit with a huge hailstorm, I had no idea how to proceed with finding a roofing company to replace my damaged roof. Luckily, I didn't need to lift a finger. A wonderful representative from Premier Roofing--Luke Versaw--showed up at my door and impressed me from the moment we met. He wasn't pushy at all. Instead he was easy going and got along with my crazy barking dogs. He did a quick preview of the damage on the roof and then sat down in my kitchen and explained the whole process, start to finish. Here's what I loved about working with Premier: wonderful Luke was the only person I ever had to talk to! It thought that was such a cool business model in this day in age where anonymous call centers are so standard. Luke helped me pick out roof colors, coordinated dates and timing and was even the one to handle payment. We love our new roof and loved working with Premier Roofing. --Alana Silva
