It’s always hard going to a new Dr. but Dr. Serge made me feel so comfortable that even though I was so scared of receiving a shot in the heel, I didn’t even feel it. I couldn’t believe it. Dr. Serge is fantastic at the Kent clinic. Thank you all. Oh the staff was fantastic as well.

Advanced Foot and Ankle Clinic have offices in Redmond, Kent, Everett, and Seattle. I have been to both the offices in Kent and in Redmond. My experiences at these offices have been extraordinary. I first saw Dr. Ilona Barlam at the Redmond Office. She is an extremely brilliant doctor who explained clearly the mechanisms involved that were causing my heel pain. She is patient and caring with a great sense of humor, which means she has excellent bedside manner. My next appointment was made closer to where I live and was in Kent. At this visit I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Serge Barlam, the spouse of Dr. Ilona Barlam. He is also a delightful individual who took extra time and care to explain what was causing my heel pain before treating it. He is incredibly friendly and kind with an infectious laugh. I deeply appreciate the time Dr. Ilona Barlam and Dr. Serge Barlam took to communicate clearly and effectively what was going on with my heel pain. If you value compassionate care from highly qualified physicians then Advanced Foot and Ankle is the place for you. They have multiple locations so that if you have an urgent need to get in you can. Their staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. (The receptionist recognized me from my first visit in Redmond.) The clinics themselves are modern and neat. I am so thankful that I stumbled across their clinic and became a patient in their practice! Thank you Dr. Ilona Barlam and Dr. Serge Barlam!
