I'm not adding much that's new. It's already known that the wait is long. I went there for a Hep B vaccine, and I was seen an hour later. There were three other people ahead of me, so I knew that it would take some time. The ladies at the desk were nice enough, if only a little chatty, and it was a clean facility. Once I met my nurse, she was fantastic! She was fun to talk to which helped me ease up my nerves about getting poked. All in all, the wait was fairly long but not unbearable, and my nurse and her skills easily made up for the wait.

Wonderful service. I know the other reviews here make this place seem horrible, but it seems like those reviewers were here for a UA. I came in with my fiancé, he had a severe eye injury occur at work and we were told this was the place we should go. He was seen immediately and the staff was wonderful. Doctors were knowledgeable and friendly. Received treatment and prescriptions promptly and we were on our way. Thank you to the staff for making this stressful incident so much easier.

Can't believe how slow it is to take a UA drug screen. I have been waiting for almost 2 hrs now and I already had to use the bathroom once to relieve my bladder. I may have to use it again.

BE AWARE POORLY RUN HEALTHCARE PROVIDER WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF EMPLOYERS AND NOT THE INJURED EMPLOYEES. AFTER BEING INJURED AT WORK IN OCTOBER OF 2015 UPS CLOSED MY CLAIM AND NOW I AM ON MY OWN FIGHTING CLAIM CLOSURE DUE TO US HEALTHWORKS CLOWNS AT KENT CLINIC LOCATION. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS BAD THING THAT YOU NEED TO GIVE ONE STAR IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE THEY DON’T EVEN EARN ONE STAR FOR SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE TO PEOPLE

I had a terrible appointment. My husband anf I had to wait for almost 2hrs only for drug test. I asked them twice for how long do I have to wait after 2 hrs waiting. The second time they told me that I have to wait more than an hour. I was really polite and tell them that I have class. Then they schedule me at 4pm on that day. At 4pm, I went overthere and it took me only 3 mins to get drug test done. Buy I have to wait almost 2 hrs. they don't have professionalism. grrrrr
