Cody is outstanding! He is thorough, efficient, left a clean workspace, was mindful of our needs, and had superb communication throughout the entire project! Plus he's friendly and easy to get along with, which really never hurts. :)

My husband and I wanted to update our 1940s plumbing before finishing our basement, so Advanced sent Cody, who has experience with renovation work. When he came over for a consultation and estimate, I was really pleased with how well we were able to communicate about my expectations for the project -- and I had a LOT of questions! Cody was extremely patient. I didn't know technical terms at all, but he was extremely personable and made sure that he understood what I meant so that he could accurately address any concerns. I was also really impressed with how he inspected the area, (pulling away insulation to see where the pipes were leading and checking to see if other pipes in the house had been updated) before giving me a quote. The other plumbers hadn't done that. I feel like he got a thorough picture of the scenario in order to give me the most accurate pricing so no surprises would come up. 

With each phase, he kept me in the loop with what he was doing, how things were progressing, and seeing if I had any questions. Cody worked really efficiently, and the job itself didn't take long at all. He did a great job installing the new pipes and water softener, and he even left the area cleaner than when he started! From start to finish, the experience was a breeze thanks to him.

First off I want to say that my 1 star review is not an overall review of everyone that helped us as Jeff was very informative, and very professional, but that is about as far as any good can be said about the work we had done. There is so many things that simply fell apart on our job that I will just list a few. We were scheduled for a 2 day job that turned into a 2 week job, and is now not over still as we are having to pay to re carpet our hallway, because our carpet was ruined after being re stretched multiple times. my wife would call to see when people were showing up to have them show up hours after they were supposed to, and not with the right tools for the job. We had some concrete work done in our front entry way that Dakota tried to patch two separate times before they had to hire a separate contractor to finally come finish the job for us the right way. I hired this company because they talk professionally and because their prices would seem like they know what they are doing, but now I feel like I got taken mostly as our fix was not cheap and the service declined so fast. Also do not pay for your services until the whole job is done as it might be longer than you think. I never write reviews for anything, but this had to be done. I hope others experiences are better than ours.

I found I had a plugged drain line in the afternoon and Dakota came to address the issue within a few hours. He was one of the most professional technicians I have ever had in my home. He answered all me questions and did a fantastic job. When he left, the line was clear and I had their specialist scheduled to stick camera down the line to identify the cause of the problem. 

I can't say enough good about how well I was taken care of. He even walked me through what I should expect as a customer before entering my home. It was snowing outside and he used shoe coverings (booties) to ensure he didn't track any snow inside. He even put booties on the wheels of his equipment! Awesome Service, truly awesome!

Cody W did such a great job with everything!  We had some plugged sinks, a water softener that wasn't working and needed replaced and an in-line water heater that needed de-scaling.  He did a great job of it all and   worked quickly and efficiently.  (Even though there was a lot of gunk in our pipes.)  He did a great job of managing the other guys that came in to help remove the old equipment and do a high pressure blow out of our lines.  I would recommend him to anyone.  He was patient with our questions and answered every one.  Very knowledgeable.

Jason came to my house to troubleshoot problems with my water softening system. He was able to determine the problem. Unfortunately, a power outage two days before had taken out the head and some other issues were found. Jason made a list of all the options that were available to me, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. Jason told me he had installed an E series softener in his home. I decided on an E series for its improved features over my previous system that had failed. But especially for the added protection it would provide for my combo-boiler system, that AHS had installed for me in 2016. Jason was very professional and helpful. I also appreciated his friendly nature which helped put me at ease. 
Jason kindly helped me also with connecting me with an electrician for another home improvement I have been needing to make. I have had problems getting skilled workers to help me because they are so busy. But Jason's electrician came this same day to look at what I wanted done and he helped me determine how it was to be done, gave me a bid, and scheduled the day to perform the work. 
Jason and Duwayne (assistant) installed my new softener (a higher level model at same cost because the model I selected was not in stock). The system looks great.
So, Jason thank you very much for your great service and going beyond what you needed to do! AAA+++ job recommend highly!
