Dr. Keepers is a great doctor but that is the only great thing about that place. It’s hard to get to see him for an appointment because he covers other locations too. His staff is the worse. They don’t care about the patients that pays their bills. I’m working out of town and needed to talk to the doctor but of course they won’t let you talk to him. I need a refill on my medication and they told me I have to come in. Well making an appointment and coming in to the doctor is hard to do when you are working 1500 miles away from home. The staff says they will talk to the doctor and call you back which never happens. Like I said Dr. Keepers is a great doctor but I will be finding another doctor when I get home because I’m not dealing with his staff. I work on the road a lot and occasionally would need help from him and his staff. Worse doctor staff I have ever dealt with.

I had the same experience as explained by the previous review! I received a letter saying I was dropped for no reason! I called and would never get a reason! Dr. Season is the rudest most hateful Dr I've ever seen in my life! Don't waste your time or money going here!

Horrible experience! The staff is extremely rude. Phone etiquette is bad. When I went there the office manager was Beverly. She wouldn't return phone calls and was very rude. I wouldn't know which Doctor I would see when I went in. They had four different ones- well, 3 real doctors and a nurse practitioner with his Ph.D. (That is "Dr" Slaughter. Who was fairly nice, but still, with such complicated condition such as mine a real dr would've been better. Dr.Keepers was rarely there. He apparently is the main owner. Then Dr Sebok who is very loud & not very compassionate or caring for a pain "specialist". I could hear him talk to patients in the next rooms which I didn't like. Well, let me get to the worst things about this place. They require every chronic pain patient to come in once a month. Fine. But then, they would do random urine tests. Which are fine, except when I got a bill for them. For 4 tests done over the course of 6 months I was billed over $4000 for $8000 in tests with private insurance! They were testing for everything under the sun- something only recommended for high risk abusers which I am definitely not! I've had 3 major fusion surgeries in the past 4 years and was always compliant with all rules and according to my doctor "low risk" -no red flags, no criminal history, no problems whatsoever that would warrant All the rigamaroo. Plus, making me count my medication in front of other patients? That was crazy! I was treated like a criminal when they never had ANY reason at all to treat me so poorly and suspiciously. I had 3 different injection procedures done by Dr Keepers. They screwed up billing my insurance, claiming it was out of network when my husband and I both discussed this with them ahead of time. Another screwup. Because I would see a different Doctor most visits they would change my meds & plan of care charging crazy amounts for different procedures done in office, some of which I was a little sceptical, but willing to try anything because the pain was so severe. They prescribed pain cream. Each small bottle (2 different formulas were to be used together) cost $1000. Which insurance quit paying for. Then, one day I get a letter in the mail that says they are dropping me as a patient! I called the office manager Beverly (don't even know if she's still there) but she was incredibly rude, telling me I was "Doctor shopping", that they didn't have to give a reason for dropping me anyways, etc. I pressed her for a reason and she finally says that my insurance sent them a letter that I had gotten my medication from 3 different doctors. I reminded her that there are four doctors in the office and that had to be the reason for the letter. She huffed. So I called my insurance (Cigna) who told me it was just an informative letter & did not mean that I did anything wrong. I had them call the dr's office & explain. Finally, I get her back on the phone and she tells me that she "spoke with the dr and they are willing to take me back". I didn't do anything wrong in the first place!!! Then, if that isn't enough, I go back to office visit and tell the dr (Dr Sebok this time) what had happened. Well blow me over with a feather if he makes excuses for his rude staff saying "that's just the way she read the letter". NO apology. Nothing. I should've left that stupid place a long time ago! There are more bad things that happened there but I'm already writing a small novel here, so let me just end by saying that this place is bad. At one time they tried to give me a form of morphine which I discovered I cannot take. It's just way too strong. Because I couldn't take it without feeling I couldn't breathe, my hair was falling out & my blood pressure skyrocketed from the pain & lack of sleep. I hate starting all over with a new doctor. Ita very stressful because many of them want to change things around that I've already tried. It's hard physically and mentally too. But this place was just rediculous. I kept thinking the screwups would end, but they just kept on.Crazy!
