PSA : DON’T come here unless you’re trying to blow money like it grows on trees or falls from the sky. Didn’t get what I needed done properly the first time and then they tried to charge me all over again JUST so the doctor can look at something that she was suppose to get done correctly the first time. They were RUDE and I will never understand why I would have to pay all over again for something the doctor messed up on. Sounds like such a scam to me . Now I know where they make all the profit; by doing things wrong and then charging the patient to come in for ANOTHER doctors visit on top of MORE procedure fees/biopsy/etc again and again when I wouldn’t need to come in again at all if she would’ve done her job right as a doctor in the first place. This is why some people have trust issues. Disappointment and frustration in situations like this.

Rude staff , staff manager, never send prescriptions to pharmacy, I had to end up going to emergency because these staff seat around Facebook or on there phone.staff manager just told me he would take my money because they need it. If you have skin problem go see a professional.

Great quality of care. The doctor takes time to be sure you understand you condition and makes good use of tech to help you see and understand your diagnosis.

Dr. Vu is a wonderful dermatologist! I have been to several specialist in the area and I highly recommend her office. She is very professional and listens to what the patient has to say. She is an excellent Dr and I will continue to come here for future care!!!

12-5-15; First thing, if they don't give me my money back, I am going to every site I can, and tell the truth about the bad service I received, including BBB and state, I was told on the phone they could take care of my issue, then I get there and pay $135 up front, and she tells me , " these bugs on me are in my head and bugs are good, everyone has bugs in and on them" , part of that is true , but I have some type of parasite on me, possible mites , I don't know, I said when I was walking out " I wasted my money coming here today" since they told me they could help me and did not, I think they should give me my money back, DONT BELEIVE all the good posts they can pay a company to post good reviews, she is the type of Dr, that says " what do you want me to do" I pay to go to the Dr, for them to tell me what I need to do. !!! I hope some of these bugs fell off while I was in the waiting room or one of the rooms while I was waiting for her. And get on her, Then maybe they will believe me, if they give me my money back, then I hope they didn't fall off,
