Advanced Realty is run by an extremely unprofessional group of individuals. When I approached them with a parking issue, the owner of the company continually cut me off, told me I was wasting her time, and would not hear my issues. When I finally got her to listen to me instead of continue talking, she would give no response other than "You signed the agreement, and any and all problems you have with it mean nothing to me." When I inquired about purchasing an extra parking pass, she told me that any guests I have at my apartment need to "park their damn car at Walmart and take the bus or walk". I was genuinely shocked by the attitude of the OWNER of this company, toward a student calling with issues about their policies, as she continued to tell me that she was "busy" throughout our conversation trying to get off the phone. All this, following a boot put on my guest's car, at 10pm on a Monday night. Simply disgusted by the quality of cooperation (or lack thereof) that Advanced Realty and Property Management has displayed.

Worst place to rent from EVER! We have rented many units before and never have we had such a horrible experience. My son CO rented from another student and we were told since the place was in a mess that it would be deducted from the prior tenant for clean up since he was signing and it was a mess. WELL we got none of our deposit back and let me just show you some of the pictures of the places they rent. He only stayed 1 month at the rental and we had to rent another place because this place was so uninhabitable. It had rats, the dishwasher had standing water that smelled like a dead body was inside the house. Trash was piled up outside with broken down car just outside. The downstairs flooded every time it rains and the mountains seem to have rain constantly. If you want to not get your deposit back and get ripped off in the end, then this is the rental agency for you. BEWARE!

I've lived in one of their apartments for a year, and have only had great experiences and communications. They've always been quick to respond to any issues I've had, and their rent is very reasonable with their money up front needed to move in being low. I recommended them to a friend and now she's leasing with them, and has been happy so far.

My Daughter rented an apartment thru ARPM her senior year at App State. We had a very good experience with them. They always responded promptly to the few minor issues that came up. Macy ALWAYS responded to our emails in a timely manner. Everyone in the office was most friendly. Would definately rent thru them again.

Advanced has been nothing short of stellar to me. I have spent two years in Laurelwood II. Though a college apartment, it has all the amenities of a much higher priced apartment with the location of an even higher priced property. Further, Macy, Tammy and Shannon are all excellent and greet me with smiles when I walk in to pay rent. They know me and my roommate by name and anytime we have had an issue, they work quickly and effectively with us to get it done. Also, they give you privacy and never barge in like some other companies are notorious for. They emailed me multiple times to let me know they were coming for a showing and gave me ample time in advance (haha get it?) to clean and prepare. I cannot recall the repairman's name but he is excellent also and has come within hours of us reporting an issue. Don't believe the garbage reviews. If you give respect and follow the rules, then advanced will give you respect and treat you like a person and not just another paycheck.
