Story

Advanced Veterinary Care Group offers an affordable alternative to veterinary specialist care. We are staffed with a dedicated team of general practitioners with areas of special interest and have invested in the equipment necessary to provide high end care. We offer a wide range of diagnostic testing, surgeries and treatment options. Examples of our services include the following areas of care:

Soft Tissue Surgery - Splenectomy, Tumor Removal, Laryngeal Paralysis, Soft Palate Resection
Orthopedic Surgery - Fractures, Cruciate (Lateral Fabellar, Tightrope, Plated Cruciate Repair), Patellar Luxation, FHO

Excellent staff and service. We took our sick 13 year old pitbull for an ultrasound on her bladder. It was a one time visit but the staff was fantastic. The were so sweet with our girl and made the visit much easier. The vet came right in after the test to let us know the unfortunate news that our girl had a large tumor in her bladder. He was informative, sensitive and understanding of our obvious heartbreak. I would 100% recommend their services.

My dog Annie of 12 years old was very sick and going downhill very fast.  My wife took her to a vet hospital and told her that her spline had cancer and needed to be removed and was going to be $8000.00. She needed emergency surgery right away.  She was pretty much unresponsive.  My wife called me all upset and was asking what we should.... put her down? I said call Advanced where we had a procedure done on are other dog some years ago. They said bring her down right away. The price was a fraction of what they gave us. Annie had to stay overnight and the next day she was back home and when I arrived home from work that day she got up to greet me waged her tail once and went laid back down. She's been fine since!  Thank You Advanced!!

They helped our boy Coolie and gave him many more years.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Zinderman at Comfort Care Veterinary Services next door and we discovered that my dog needs surgery. Dr. Zinderman went to see if Dr. Elmer could speak with me and discuss surgical repair. Hospitals are very busy places, yet Dr. Elmer took the time to come speak with me and answer any questions I had. He was very welcoming, honest, and professional. My dog is fearful and Dr. Elmer made sure that my dog was comfortable and relaxed during his evaluation. I am beyond pleased with my visit and will put my full trust in Dr. Elmer for my dog's surgery. Thank you!

My mom took her dog to Advanced Veterinary Care Group after receiving a referral from another vet in Michigan.

Her dog needed to have surgery to remove her Gall Bladder.  The first vet quoted her that the surgery would cost $6,000+.

Thankfully, Advanced Veterinary Care Group was able to perform this surgery for around $2,000.

Without Advanced Veterinary Care Group, my mom was going to have to make the tough decision between dealing with financial hardship for some time or putting her dog to sleep.

Because of Advanced Veterinary Care Group, her dog is alive and well today.
