I had a mold problem caused by a leak from a bathroom drain. Dan's crew came on site quickly, cleaned the issue, and left my home as clean as possible. In addition, the subcontractor Dan used to fix my drywall, did an excellent job.

I am so glad that I chose AdvantaClean. Dan has taken great care of us so far and it really means a lot. We have mold growing in our ductwork which is making our humans and animals sick. Dan found and tested the mold and we are schedule for remediation this week. He has been amazing. FIVE STARS.

We had a smell that had us very concerned.  Dan assured us that it had not got to the point that it was dangerous but did need attention.  You never know what you will find when you start tearing things apart but they set up a containment field for the problem area that would keep any problems out of our house.

Once it was deconstructed, thankfully the problem was not a major issue.  They were able to clean and seal the effected area which made us feel so much more safe.

Very reasonable price for all the time spent here.  

I would highly recommend AdvantaClean.

Dan and his team went above and beyond for our mold remediation issue.  We had mold growing under our hardwood floor in the kitchen from a leaking refrigerator.  Although only one small section of the floor was damaged, I asked if they could go ahead and tear up the entire floor ( we were replacing the floor anyway) and Dan agreed... at no extra cost. The treatment was completed in one day and the HEPA system stayed for the weekend.  Since I had some scheduling conflicts, Dan took some time out of his Sunday afternoon to come and help take down all the plastic sheeting and pickup the HEPA system.  I will be recommending AdvantaClean to anyone with a similar issue. A+ service!

Dan's AdvantaClean operation is second-to-none.  He's reliable, fair, timely, knowledgeable, and professional.  Most of all, he's trustworthy.  As a property manager, it's important for me to have contractors I can rely on.  Dan is my go-to for all things mold-remediation and air duct cleaning.  I highly recommend him!
