I relatively enjoyed my trip here, upon walking in I was greeted by who I believe was the receptionist. She directed me to the parts department where I met Hector who was very polite and stood up from his stool to greet me; a nice touch. Anyway, he was quick in finding the parts I needed and really went the extra mile to make sure he wasn't selling me the wrong part. He seemed to genuinely care about where my money was going and didn't want me to have to waste a trip to return anything.

I recommend this place for any golf car hobbyist or company looking to purchase parts.

Horrible at letting a customer know what is going on.  They have had our university limo golf cart for over a month, each time I call something new is broken or missing or doesn't fit or the part hasn't arrived.  Employee Oreisha Martin (the one posting below that it has great customer service) never answers emails or call, I just stopped talking to her, in addition I cringe at talking to Oreisha, Crystal, America... Freddy is ok, but asked him to  check if my cart was under warranty two days ago and didn't hear back.  I want to know since we bought the golf cart (supposedly thoroughly inspected) by Advantage about a yr ago and things are broken and/or rusted.  At no point have they offered to discount anything for having this incompetence go on for over a month when the golf cart went for faulty brakes.   I've already advised our administration which is quoting other repair companies to switch out all of our golf cart contracts.  Completely unacceptable that I have to call to find out why our golf cart is still at the shop.   We have missed over 20 campus tours in the summer because we have no golf cart!

There is this girl on parts department CHRISTAL she is horrible at customer service she doesn't know nutting and thinks she does everytime i go in she has bad attitude she know nutting about the cars she's always looking for a run around to get u outta there asking for stupid questions not to take care of you i have friends that has called and same issues. She tells everyone that she doesn't have the parts just to hang up and the parts are in there or give a very high price on then not helpful at all.

If you're looking for a dysfunctional company with a lack of employees and a sales manager (Dennis Padilla) who only knows how to yell at the employees and the customer you picked the right place.
