Slow giving out pullout sheets, employees take their time like ur not there. Iaa in sterling road gets u in amd out faster than opa loca iaa.. management needs to move employees  
To work faster not slower... 2nd person in line and waited 42 mins for the 1 car.. something has to be done..

I haven't been to this auction center more than 3 times and the process has always been fast and smooth.  I did run into an issue - which to be fair - was my fault on a bid.  I went to the office and had a talk with the receptionists who asked me to wait for the manager to have a talk with him.  

Half an hour later,  the manager came out (he was in a meeting) and listened to what I had to say.  I really wasn't expecting anything but possibly any assistance with the issue.  

The manager turned out to be a very nice guy, offered to assist in so many ways even though it was a problem I caused.  Regardless, I appreciate him going out of his way to resolve it and taking the time to help me.  He's a great example of a great manager that cares for his customers even though I've only been there a few times.  I thanked him in person and will thank him here as well.

Creazy wait time , driver driving around empty and no pull out cars waiting 2 h , gate pass take after 30 min wait on 104 hot day

The clerks take forever to give you your paperwork then the loaders take forever to give you your cars. This place is ridiculous. When my driver reached there for 8am he still had to wait until 9:30 for the loaders to even take his pullout papers. If you could avoid there do it or cater to spend at least 2 hours there.
