It was time for a wellness check. When I called to make the appointment I was told that I could only See the person that I had last seen. I did not like her and did not want to be stuck with her. My Doctor has left Adventist. I am now going to go to Providence for my medical needs.

Office was nice was my first visit with this doctor. I came over from providence only to find this doctor judges people and chooses to not help. Came in he asked me ?s which is fine I have a lot of problems and voiced concerns everything went well. Then I brought up a pain issue so he called in a ultrasound. I went to the appointment as pain got worse and was unbearable shooting down my right leg. Found out by on call jerk of a doctor it was a cyst that was hemorrhage. He say walk it off. These men doctors are a joke. You're Fired!

The woman at reception was very professional and helpful so I had high hopes for the appointment. I was called back by the nurse for my vitals and "What brings you in today?" discussion quickly and again that experience was efficient and professional. When he left he stated that he would go and get the nurse practitioner who was to be my primary care point person. 50 minutes later she entered the room with out an apology for keeping me waiting. She just moved ahead like keeping a patient waiting for almost an hour was acceptable practice. I asked her very politely if the wait time was usual because my elementary teaching schedule does not allow for 50 minute exam room waiting times, and she indicated that she was not informed that I was waiting. She APOLOGIZED, (Oh I apologize for that...)but did not say I'm terribly sorry, my mistake, etc... etc...like a person who would who accepted responsibility for their actions would do, she even blamed the very professional nurse or assistant or whom ever he was that took my vitals for not telling her I was waiting. The exam was a compete waste of my time and $20 co-pay. Every question I asked she said she would have to refer me to someone else. She was not even sure who or where she would refer me to and my concerns were rather common and mundane. In the end I had to walk out because I could no longer WAIT for her to find the contact information for the referral. I had 25 fifth grade students waiting for their teacher who's time was completely disregarded by an incompetent medical provider. Shame on you Adventist for no providing better primary care options and shame on you nurse practitioner who could not accept responsibility for her thoughtless mistake and poor medical practice skills. Thank you reception and vitals professionals for being spot on.

Been seeing Dr. Webb for 10+ years. Great guy who really seems to care and takes his time with patients. Support staff is always friendly and fast with the check in and paperwork process.
