The Adventure Aquarium has so much to offer, especially for families with little kids. If I was reviewing only the exhibits, I would have given it a 5/5. However, I am only giving it a 3/5 based on our experience for three main reasons. The first reason is that the day we went, it was absolutely inundated with tons of school trips, which made it very difficult for families and individuals to see the exhibits without being bombarded with very large crowds. The aquarium needs to do a much better job of limiting the number of school trips per day. The second reason is that when we were waiting to see the movie at the theater (which is part of the admission price), we were told we could not go in because that time slot was reserved only for school trips, so we were told to come back for the next time slot. So we returned and waited nearly a half hour until we got to the door, and we were turned back again because they decided to reserve that time slot again for another class trip. As annoying and frustrating as that experience was, we want to give a kudos to one of the employees at the aquarium, named Natalie. She kindly listened to our complaint and went across the aquarium with us to find out what was going on. The issue turned out to be some screw up with a school trip showing up late. We could have waited for a later viewing but by then it was pretty late for our kids. She did give us a parking discount and apologized for the experience; so thank you Natalie. The last reason I give it a 3/5 is the hefty admission price.

It was awesome. There's many activities to offer such as feeding stingrays and face painting, and extraordinary sights. You are allowed to bring outside food in here too! This place is great for kids, and even adults. However, just like any typical museums the admission tickets, food, souvenirs, and extra activities are all crazy expensive. You will spend at least $50 per person if you want to enjoy it fully. Definitely a place to go for a vacation in New Jersey.

Great aquarium. Huge space covering most aspects of sea-life. multiple levels having all sizes of sea creatures including penguins. Should definitely visit once. Just on NJ side of Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Can be seen from Penn's Landing. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Buy tickets online to get cheaper price.

Great aquarium. So much to see. My son loved walking on a rope bridge over the shark tank. The shark tunnel was fun for all of us ( even the baby). Hippos, jellyfish, octopus... What you'd expect.

Nice aquarium, nice size, but not huge. Could see it being a little on the crazy side if to many people are there, like with class trips. Kids had a great time and enjoyed everything. You're looking at spending 106 for 2 kids and 2 adults. Could easily spend around 2 hundred if you buy food and a little something at the gift shop.
