Used them for about 3 years..they All ways did a decent job..overpriced and pushed maintenance product.
(They Left them behind without asking and billed me.)
We  travel most of the winter. I complained about water on my hardwood floors under tank after a January trip.They came in and tried to correct the leaking filter. After 3 attempts they said that were going to rebuild my original filter.
 Upon a return from a month trip in April, my floors and walls as well as the ceiling BELOW were soaked
Resulting in in thousands of dollars in damage 
I shared pictures with the owner and asked for his insurance  information  . He flat out told me NO. He wasn't going to share it with me and told me to call someone else to maintain my tank
My advice is :
IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY SECURE THEIR "CERTIFICATE 
OF INSURANCE " prior to starting

TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY, hired them to plumb my marine aquarium,what I paid for a first year plumbers apprentice could do, far from professional,job was done so poorly it almost caused a tank crash,and began leaking ,filed a dispute with credit card company,best advice, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
