Too many games out of order. Games are out of order but not marked as such. Partons are losing coins because of this. Parts of machines are broken or lose. Broken plastic parts are held together with brown packing tape. Coin slots don't work properly. Coin panels are lose. Panels to get into machines to repair are lose. My nephew & I had to call game techs 7 times to get money back because 5 different machines malfunctioned. One tech came over to a ball drop game & told me he didn't know how to fix it because he was not trained. He said he would get the guy (Asian) that knew how to repair the machine. The smart tech never showed. I lost $3.00 on that ordeal. The ticket redemption machine cheated me out of 8 ticket credits. I told the girl at the prize counter & she gave me 8 credits. My question: Who in the hell is running this hell hole? They need to be fired for letting this place fall into disrepair. The owners need to hire techs with knowledge of the gaming business. We will not go back until discrepancies are corrected. I have been going to this place for 3 years. Normally, the games are in good repair & techs are prompt & repair the machine right away.

Wow...one of the worst arcades I've been to. We got there with no other customers. The first game cost a dollar and worked for less that two seconds. Definitely a solid third of the machines ate money. One game took seven quarters before it counted that four we're inserted. Several employees were busy talking or flirting with each other. When you called them to work on a machine, they came, but it was inconvenient to call them for every third machine. My four year old granddaughter didn't know when a machine malfunctioned, so she still had a blast. Best part was the food...great corn dog and hamburger. Go cart track was a big one and it lasted for a while. Would only go back for the go carts and the food.

We took the children here and they had a really good time. We didn't do the go carts or golf but just the arcade. It was pretty good. The only complaint that I have about it is that there were a lot of games that weren't working. But they did at least take the time to mark the ones that were out of order and cover the coin slots so that no-one would waste their money in a machine that wasn't functioning correctly.

Very fun place, staff was nice, mini golf course was fun, and the go karts looked fun too! Had an interior arcade which was also very fun. Some arcade machines where out of service but that was fine because there where multiples of each one.

The owner/manager was very kind to us. We had an issue while we were there and he handled it like a champ. I've been visiting this place for almost 20 years. It's a good spot for families.
