I gave my granddaughter $20.00 she bought 10dollas and 50 cents worth of stuff and did not get her change. I called them and they are mailing me a check for 10.00 they were very apologetic. And I very muched appreciated that.

I think that they need more staff when it comes to having birthday parties and also I feel that when using the building for parties that you should be able to decorate how you want it done. It's good to have help but when your not letting the parents tell you where they want things is not good business!!!! I feel that there should be at lease 2 workers at each station! Honestly it's not worth the money for the parties.....But I did love my son name of the sign with his birthday theme!
