We drove about 2 hours one way to check this place out and while they have a decent amount of stuff for the average pet owner, none of the staff was friendly. They all seemed like we were bothering them. We will not go back.

Great store and great staff. I will say I wish they had a little bit larger selection of Freshwater fish/things, but overall good place to go. They can order many different things, just gotta ask!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The cashier didn't know the answer to my question, but asked around until she had an answer for me. They have some unusual fish and pet supplies.

Love Adventure Pets so much.  I will always choose to shop here vs. at chain pet stores.  Local makes all the difference.  The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  The selection is great and you can find great brands that aren't at big chain stores, especially for small animals.  You can tell the staff knows where the animals are coming from and they come very healthy and well cared for.
