Had a mammogram done today. First time I have ever had one done. Not sure really why I have put it off for so many many years! I was in and out within 30 minutes at most. I was nervous and shaking, I told the people who cared for me that I was very nervous. They helped me through this with the least amount of stress possible. I am so very thankful for the care I got from the receptionist (who was really awesome) to the person who performed the mammogram. They made me feel so comfortable. I will do this again!

My wife got sent to the hospital for a broken hip bone. The staff has been very kind and helpful, not like the other hospitals we've been to. Same day admitted my wife into hospital room and we are waiting for surgery. The staff checks on us often and asks us what we need. I want to thank everyone for their great effort and care for their patients.

Can't echo the sentiments of others here regarding the excellent work they have done with this hospital.  I will avoid going here ever again.  
Can't speak for the doctors or care here, but the administrative functions supporting the hospital could best be described as antiquated.

My wife had surgery at this facility, and my doctor bills through this hospital rather than their office.  I had to make payments to cover my (large) portion of the costs.  Despite making every payment per the schedule, I was still referred to collections.

Collections company baloney starts and they state they see I am making payments, but can't explain why it's being given to them.  Would I like to make an additional payment?

There are much better hospital options in this area.

I just delivered my baby there. My doctors and nurses were amazing. I was there for 5 days and every nurse that I had was incredible. They took such great care and showed passion for what they do. They worked as a team and made sure my husband and I always had what we needed.

Got here early for an appointment for my daughter and they still have not called her back. It is now after her appointment time. All I can say is wow.  I thought the North Chicago VA was slow, but they are quick compared to this place.
