Some doctors here are good, like Shana. I feel sorry for them as I have to give zero star to this place as they get the world's most rude and stupid receptionist. Extremely rude and cold front desk. Be sure not get late, if you are late for two seconds, they will arrange you in two hours or two days. They don't care whether your kids is sick or not, one month old or two years old. If you have other choice, stay away.

Dr. DePaul was my pediatrician growing up and now my daughter’s. She is the sweetest and we absolutely adore her!

We love them We have only seen Dr. Andy and Dr. Kornfield and both of them have been so professional and loving towards our family. I highly recommend it. The ladies at the front aren't very welcoming but please do t let that deter you from seeing the doctors I mentioned above. I drive an hour to take my kids here when there are several pediatricians near my house.

Worst pediatric office I have ever been to.  Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr is very cold and not personable.  Each time I visit they have told me to "give it a few days", and come back. My son had a fever for over a week and I decided to leave and go to the Take care clinic.  The Dr at the take care clinic  found a double ear infection.  I will never go back.  I am also going to report them to the BBB.

Extremely rude receptionist and the main doctor Virginia DePaul.

Wait time for walk-in was well over an hour, and when I politely asked receptionist if this is a normal or higher than normal wait time due to flue season, Dr DePaul was walking by and intervened in our conversation saying "you dont have to wait, you are free to go any time".

And then after another 20 min of waiting I saw a customer who came in after me, walk out after being assisted. So I learned I was bumped down the line... no "sorry" or "excuse our mistake" but another 25 min of waiting. Finally after we were helped I nicely told receptionist "thank you, bye" she did not even look up or say anything. 30 min later I get a call that as it was obvious I did not enjoy my experience, they are asking me to find another practice for my kids...

Extremely rude, unprofessional and myopic practice. Please do yourself and your kids a favor - stay away!
