A nicely laid out store.  Clean and neat for the volume of customers in the outlets.  Unfortunately the lack of service and concern for the customers made us feel as though we were bothering their day by shopping or asking for sizes.  
While waiting in line with some others we were redirected twice around their displays by the gentleman in the picture so that we "are lined up properly".
Marcus is the same guy that after I started writing the review removed my wife's clothes from the counter and laughing keep checking his ipad.

The manager Fatima Lewis was not only rude to us and her employees regardless of the fact that the store was closing, her employees seemed to be afraid of her which was concerning because that is not a healthy working or learning environment for the employees to not be able to reach out to their manager for help.
