Ok prices, but a bit low class and unprofessional at times. Also, you can tell this is not really a safe area because all the people act very paranoid and anxious. Like they're scared to make eye contact and they look super nervous all the time. So basically a rat hole. Not a nice area of town, if you get what I mean. You get the feeling that you might get mugged or attacked. I felt like hiding my jewelry. Lots of bummy looking people around. Also, the one black/Indian manager was super rude with me. She got VERY LOUD (typical) when I was asking her for a discount on a pair of pants that were being shipped from another store (because this store didn't have my size). She tried to make me look stupid, and was patronizing me. She even smirked. So, yea, I'm leaving this review just for her. She was young and was working the evening shift on 9/14/17 with a few other black girls... Oh, and the little skinny short black guy (working that night) looked very out of it. He kept making weird facial expressions and he kept hovering around. He looked like he was on drugs.... So, to sum lots of low class people with attitudes. Watch your back around here. Lots of sneaky people with wandering eyes.

This store is similar to other Banana Republic outlet stores - lots of stuff but nothing much to buy :( The quality of stuff @ Banana Republic outlet stores is on a declining curve and they need to something ASAP to turn things around. My wife saw a dress on the mannequins and wanted to try one on, but it was hard to locate the dress inside the store. We eventually had to seek the assistance of an employee and she too, took sometime finding the dress for us. The dress was good (and we did buy it), but have to see how long it lasts. Few of the clothes that I purchased last year are already torn/ ripped at the seams/ or faded extremely. In comparison, the clothes from BR @ the mall seem to be holding better than the clothes from the outlet.
