I don't understand the good reviews of Aesthetic Dentistry of Lorton. I really don't. Dr. Han is a nice guy, but other than that everything about this place has been a living nightmare. Let me explain. I came in because I had pain and problems with my upper leftmost tooth. Another dentist had told me I needed a root canal, but I got a second opinion here. The dentist told me he could try a filling, and no root canal. I was quoted a very reasonable price. He starts doing his thing, and places some kind of temporary filling in my mouth. Well, it doesn't hold at all and half my tooth breaks off. I come back in, terrified, and he tells me a crown and root canal is now needed. This takes five hours. I'm quoted $450 more than I had been quoted before. Fine, I pay it. Then I have to come back for a follow up. And another follow up. And another follow up after that... each one takes several hours. And each time, I owe more and more money. Eventually, I think this nightmare is all over. But then I start having severe pain in the tooth that was done. Great. Another visit. He tries saying "well your bite is off now, it wasn't like that last time" and starts filing away at the tooth so it doesn't hit the tooth under it. Then he says I shouldn't chew on that side for a week or so. So this is a total now of TWO MONTHS that I can't use this side of my mouth, in pain, and five visits to this place where they just do some random nonsense in my mouth and I pay hundreds of dollars EACH TIME just to be in more pain. They lure you in with really low prices and small procedures, then once you've already gotten some work done they tell you "oh sorry, this is way worse than we thought, you owe $X for this that and the other" and then you just keep coming in again and again, throwing your money away. The last straw for me was when I got ANOTHER bill for $133 in the mail. I'm sitting here with a lot of pain, I've paid these scammers over a thousand dollars and come in countless times for ONE ROOT CANAL... another dentist told me he could have gotten it done in just a few hours, two visits (the root canal and temporary crown in one visit, then the permanent crown in the other) and that the "work" done in my mouth was atrocious and completely unacceptable. Maybe they're fine if you need to get a cleaning, but I wouldn't trust them for anything else. Oh if you want to get a standard checkup, be prepared to have 18 painful X-rays done... ridiculous. I called and asked why they practice this extremely unethical way of extorting money from patients, and they just threatened with collections. I'm extremely mad that I used up my insurance on this place, and didn't just go to a reputable dentist to get the root canal done instead. Stay far away from this place- their atrocious dental work and unethical billing practices I've had to endure are not worth your time, patience, sanity, or money.

I have enjoyed being part of the dental family with Dr. Reeves, Williams and Dr. Han for the past year! Dr. Reeves has tons of experience and very easy to talk to when you have dental concerns. Very personable and he doing a great job, growing these young doctors to follow in his footsteps

This office is amazing! Dr. Han and Dr. Reeves are super gentle and infomative. Love to come to this office. They are so fun. It was the Da's birthday and i got to share in the fun and celebrate with a cupcake! Keep up the friendly enviroment. Its good to know that you all care so much!

Humaira is a dental hygienist there who did my regular cleaning. She takes her time, is super friendly, and gives you good tips as well! I would definitely recommend her

I have traveled and experienced many dentists in my life. Never having had any major dental work and being a new patient of Dr. Reeves', I was very nervous when I needed several procedures done. I am also extremly needle-phobic. I opted to undergo oral sedation for my procedures. The cost to me was reasonable (not covered by insurance) and they worked with me on a payment plan. Dr. Reeves' bedside manner is excellent. His voice and demeanor alone calmed me. I was skeptical about how much I would feel/remember under oral sedation, but I was blown away how excellent the entire experience was. The staff made every effort to assure me and make me comfortable, as did Dr. Reeves. I could not have had a better experience and remember nothing of the procedure itself. I highly recommend.
