The front desk staff is horrible! They’re the worst and not helpful at all. When you need information or asking them of unfamiliar procedures they scold at you like you are a criminal! They should be trained in a customer service or let them work in a factory assembly line.

Dr. Gallini is great, but good luck getting a hold of his staff or getting professional or adequate help from them. They turn off their phone lines about 30min. before 5pm, and they turn off their phone lines for over an hour for lunch, when most folks will be calling in. They are really just in operation about 5-6hrs a day. When you ask for help, you are passed around and given customer service roulette for the next 15 min each time you call. I had an issue where my insurance no longer filled prescriptions beyond 30 days, and changed without notice, their policy to a mail-order service. And due to my travel schedule, I had to go without medication for days when I ran out and was attempting to get a refill in another state. As a result, I had to call the Pharmacy for Dr. Gallini's staff, call them, call my insurance, and go back and forth as the intermediary since they won't do the leg work that is associated with their jobs. His staff told me it was "very important" that if my dosage is X amount, they cannot write the Rx as so, to make my Rx last longer (for me to cut the pills in half for a 60day supply). Yet, the 1st attempt at getting my Rx resulted in the nurse filling it in the wrong state without transferring the Rx to the state I was traveling in, and going home before 3pm. Then, when I finally got my mail order Rx set up, imagine my surprise when I discovered that they sent me an Rx for 50mg instead of 25mg, which is the wrong Rx. So much for it being "very important" to be accurate. A simple thing such as getting my Rx, literally took hours of my time, to the point where I am just going to take the wrong Rx because I don't have the time to try to work with these nurses to correct it.

Dr. Gallini has been treating 4 generations of my family - quality care and a friendly face. Can't ask for more.

I've been seeing Dr. Gallini for almost two decades. He has always been kind, thoughtful and supremely competent.
