This has to be the most inefficient office in Chattanooga.  Waiting over  2 hour for a drug test required for employment.  Others have been here for over three hours to see a nurse. Absolutely terrible.  go somewhere else. They also have no purell or anything to protect yourself from catching all the germs in the room. And it is freezing. I would go to ER before here. And I am suggesting to my company they stop using this company.

I’m currently laying in an exam room. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours. No one has even checked in on me. Super glad they have time to chit chat outside my room but no one can come in. 2 hours. For an exam that’ll last 2 minutes and will probably leave me with no answers. Cool. Solid job.

I came in and waited over an hour right when they opened with only two people in front of me to be seen by the doctor. They did not give me any answers to help with my stomach problems. Two weeks later and I still haven’t felt any better, so I called back and asked to talk with a nurse or doctor to see if I should come back in. They were very rude on the phone and they weren’t even listing to me since I had to repeat myself over and over again. The lady then tells me that I would have to pay the $110 again plus the $56 to get blood work when they didn’t do it the first time, or “I could go to the ER and pay them more”. So I asked if I could just pay for the blood work since I was just in there and she rudely told me well you’re going to see a doctor aren’t you? Then you have to pay. They seem to only care about how much they can charge you and not about your health. There are plenty of other places like this that have a much nicer staff that care about their patients so I will not be returning here, nor do I suggest anyone else goes.

March, 2018 with Dr. Von Gremp was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. I came in with leg pain and was trying to rule out a clot. Before I finished explaining my symptoms, Dr. Von Gremp snapped at me. He made me feel like an idiot and never reassured me. He said it wasn't a clot, but offered zero help on what it could be. When I asked, he shrugged. I remained concerned and he became harsh and told me that he could write me  "a referral for an ultrasound, but it was late on a Friday and [I] wouldn't be seen, so [my] only option was the ER." He sneered at this because I had already explained I did not consider the ER to be an option because I know people abuse it. This was not necessarily an emergency. I asked him to leave the room and he refused. I had to demand him to leave so I could speak to my father, who is an RN . He finally left. He is cancer to that facility and is both unhelpful and demeaning to patients. His bedside manner is deplorable, an embarrassment to the medical community.

Always polite and efficient. Be aware that they are a first come service so don't expect it to be quick if they are busy
