Mark is a real standup guy. No nonsense. Strait shooter, knows his craft well obviously  and cares about people. Willing to take the time to help beginners. Bill is also a really great guy. I started over at crystal air and did not like them. Glad I came here. It's easier on the budget without any sacrifices. Doesn't get any better than this in terms of a solid learning environment accompanied by utmost professionalism.  I intend to accomplish most if not all of my training here.
