One of our cats went into the front-loading washing machine. Thankfully, we found her in time, but she needed attention. Affiliated Emergency Veterinary Service was there, after hours, to provide compassionate, kind, care for our cat. I am so thankful that the St. Cloud area has a pet ER. It's so necessary for those things that happen beyond the normal day. I'd highly recommend them if you have an emergency need.

Was refused care for my 9 week old puppy because the doctor said i was on the phone. I said i was off and have her on recording refusing care to my small teacup puppy. I will be suing you and reporting you as well. I will do everything in my power to make sure you are shut down.

On Sunday, Nov. 12, my little terrier mutt, Lucy, got into some mouse poison at a relatives house near Luxemborg.  Luckily, my son-in-law caught her near the mouse poison "cake".  She had obvioulsy eaten some, so I rushed her into your St. Cloud facility.  They were busy, but got her in as soon as possible.  Long story short, they clared her stomach of the poison early enough.  She has been happy and healthy since.  The staff was kind, caring, and professional.  I received a follow-up call last night, and they left a message.  Just wanted to say thanks a million for helping my girl remain healthy!!  Jim Dahl, Shorewood, Mn.

Dr. Udvig was outstanding and took my concerns to heart and helped not only my dog but me as well. Fairly priced for emergency veterinary care, and they walk you through the estimate before conducting any procedures. They even forwarded her visit to her normal vets office where they followed up with me. Cannot thank them enough.

They said their was something wrong with my dogs nech, we later found out it was her ACL. They wasted my money x-raying her nech.
