Best vet clinic I've found, hands down! All of the staff has been extremely friendly and accommodating. My girl has severe anxiety when it comes to nail trims and they got her on an anti-anxiety med to give her before she comes in, it works WONDERS. The techs are so good with her and know how to keep her calm. There's a reason so many people drive from other cities to bring their pets here - the care is top notch!

their policies aren't customer and pet focused. I had started going there, but when an emergency presented itself and they weren't accommodating I switched all of my animals back to their old vet, who is much more expensive but is very accommodating and when a pet needs to be seen that day they work them in. (in response to your post, no there was no offer to have her stay, the only offer that was given was to have her come back another day, and I did have someone lined up to come there, but as I stated I was only offered to bring her the following day, which since she's in pain was not an option)

Super pet care here! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
