Very disappointed with this business. I called to get a quote. The rep took down a bunch of my information, I was on the phone with him for at least 20 mn answering all his questions then nothing. I called and left a couple follow-up messages but no call back. I'm guessing he couldn't beat my current insurance company's price so he didn't bother calling me back but I think that's poor customer service. I guess I expected more from a neighborhood company. It only takes a few minutes to be courteous and send an email.

I have been with Affiliated Insurance now for several years and I am impressed with John's depth and knowledge of insurance. I feel confident in knowing that Affiliated Insurance is providing coverage to both my business and vehicles. His staff members are friendly, prompt and helpful. I highly recommend John and his staff at Affiliated Insurance!

Personalized service is something that seems to be few and far between much too often in today's world. Whether you're a brand new or long standing customer you can be assured that you will be treated in a professional manner with the respect you deserve. The courtesy and care for their clients is outstanding, stop in and get a quote. You might be surprised what you find.

Personable and quick repsonse is what I have come appreciate from their business. Something that is not always easy to find in the service industry. I would reccommend their agancy to anyone looking for a competitive bid with the added bonus of quick response to your questions and needs.
