Amazing service, professional team! We switched to Neckerman Insurance for our small business policy this fall. They have excellent reviews and they really do hold up! I was looking for an agent that has good communication and service. Kyle has gone above and beyond to find us the best policy and create a lasting business relationship with us! I just had a GREAT customer service experience with Neckerman Insurance that I have to share.  My wife and I were at an auto dealership at 6:30pm at night signing papers for a long awaited new car when we realized we hadn't  brought our insurance policy or proof of insurance.  I tried to call everywhere including Secura Insurance but couldn't get through.  We live an hour away so there was no way we could go home and come back that nigh.  I remembered that Neckerman has Facebook page and took a quick look at it.  It indicated that if I sent a Messenger message it usually would be replied to within minutes.  "Right," I said to myself, "someone's tracking Facebook at 6:30pm".  But low and behold a few minutes later I received a response and better yet Megan was able to send a pdf of my insurance policy and cards from her home!  What a great relief.  Needless to say we got to enjoy our new car on the ride home last night.  Thanks Neckerman!

When I signed up with Neckerman Insurance, Dale Kalscheur recommended I obtain the Cyber Plus insurance. In October 2016, my computer system was victimized by a ransomware attack. Fortunately, I had my systems backed up but the cost to restore my systems was significant. Fortunately, my Cyber Plus insurance covered the costs I had to pay my IT support to get my firm back in business. Thank you Neckerman Insurance and Dale Kalscheur!

The group at Neckerman has provided exceptional service for the insurance needs of my business and my personal residence.  Having a local, friendly representative meet with me conveniently at my office for discussions and paperwork played a big factor in my choice with Neckerman (thank you Kyle Fetters). I appreciate the individualized service and would highly encourage anyone to consider Neckerman for their insurance needs.

As a tech start-up, we have enjoyed an outstanding experience working with the Neckerman agency and especially our agent Randy Krantz.  Randy is a pro at finding the best coverages at lowest premiums for all our needs as a new growth company.  He knows the carriers and underwriters intimately, and always represents our product/technology accurately and thoroughly.  It's been nothing but a pleasure working with this agency.
