Great for banking but recently service has deteriorated a lot. They completely zeroed out our rewards points and try to say that the new program has advantages. It is better to say that the old program did not work out for the bottom line. Their CD rates cannot compete as well. They used to be far better.

Going downhill FAST!  I have been a member for years.  They are really starting to NOT CARE and tell me wrong information.  Not only that they will be stealing my participation points beginning of April.  Sad to have trust in a bank and now all this in the last 2-3 months.  VERY SAD!!

Very disappointed in the service. They will not help me get my money back from a company that kept taking it out of the account. TCF back will actually help you get all of your money back, not just from the last 60 days either. Customer service here keeps getting worse.

I don't know what else to do. I've emailed twice, mailed, faxed twice, and given a paper copy of my insurance declaration to a teller. They keep putting forced placed insurance on my loan and when I show proof of insurance they won't refund my money to my account, they put it back onto the loan which is stealing as far as I'm concerned. So beyond fed up with their version of "service".
