Excellent customer service, and this bank validates parking for the garage nearby. Could not be easier. 

Also, the one star reviews are people complaining about bounced cheques, and that is not the fault of the bank.

They issued me a bounced check for their customer, actually it is monthly rental payment. When I made a deposit to my bank their check has no money and I have to pay the $30 fee to my bank. 
When I call think mutual bank, they don't want to help me to solve their mistake .
