I had all paperwork and records filled out and ready to hand over when I got there. The wait was not long at all. Dr. Affleck was great with both of my children. He explained everything he was doing as he went and answered every question that we had. He was very polite and we did not feel rushed and we left feeling confident that our children's eyes were in good hands.

I think this office knows how to do it right! NO assemble line feel- a quick in and out-- you are a REAL person to them. First, they take you into the optical department and guide you to the best-comfortable pair of glasses you will ever own! I have been wearing glasses since I was five years old. WOW- that's thirty years and I don't think anyone has taken the time to explain how they should fit or what kind of lens will work best with my day to day activities. The best part is no obligation and my eyes were not dilated while I was picking out the glasses. Stephanie, the head tech spent 45 minutes with me. Most of the time she was adjusting them so they felt good but so they would not touch my check, eyelashes and bushy eyebrows. Next she took all these measurements. When I asked what they were for, she explained optimize my glasses so I would see like I did in the exam room. She then went into more detail. I have worn glasses for 30 years but I realized I knew nothing about them until she taught me. I just knew this pair of glasses I ordered would be great. And they were! So sharp and clear! Dr. Affleck is amazing and all his staff were happy and helpful all through the visit. It was my first time seeing Dr. Affleck and they explained when I made the appointment it might take up to several hours. In fact they explained a lot on the phone from pricing, time, location and even how to do paperwork ahead. They seem to have their act together. So professional and caring. I will recommend them to everyone. Hey, everyone go see Dr. Affleck. He is amazing and so is his staff!

Very professional, and the staff was kind and very helpful. Spent a lot of time with me making things perfect and explaining the procedures taken with my eyes and reading glasses.

Dr. Affleck is the bomb! He takes the time needed to make sure you understand. He doesn’t make you feel stupid or talk down to you if you have questions. The staff is very friendly. If you over hear parts of conversation you often hear laughter and friendly comments between each other. They act like a family, and this office greets and treats their patients like family.

I can't imagine seeing anyone else for our care. What really impresses me is that Dr. Affleck has taken care of our grandchildren for years and they love coming to his office. Both are dealing with wondering eyes and Dr. Affleck is amazing with their treatment. My wife and I are always welcomed with a warm smile, by Dr. Affleck's staff. The other day, the manager and head optician helped us purchase new glasses. She was very skilled as well and helped us get the best pair of glasses we have owned.
