Doctor seemed standoffish. I left feeling the visit wasn't very thorough.  Doctor even yawned mid appointment and like he really didn't want to be there that day.  I understand, maybe he was in the hospital overnight, but it was a huge turn off being our first visit.  Otherwise, staff was nice and facility was clean.  Really appreciated the separate entrance and waiting room for sick children.  We selected a different ped office though anyway after a recommendation from a friend and are very pleased elsewhere.

We love IF Peds!!! Our 2 children have pretty much seen all of the doctor's and PAs. They're all so nice and seem to really care about our kids. When we are there they always take time to answer all of our questions. All the nurses that have done shots for us have done a great job! The front desk ladies are always so nice and remind us to make our next appointment at checkout. We love that they have extended hours at the Coronado office and save those times for the sick kids you can't plan ahead for.

I just called to ask if they would allow me to pay off my hospital bill in full in two weeks, so I could have the funds to do so. They were completely unwilling, and even rude about it. They demanded I pay $50 today and set up a payment plan instead. Every other company I've ever talked to was willing to work with me to receive payment, I was shocked that they wouldn't. 

In the hospital they sent two pediatricians to examine my daughter, dr. Moore was wonderful and kind, but dr. Steorts was very abrasive and rude, and extremely dismissive. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, one friendly doctor does not make up for all the negative aspects of this place.

Absolutely the worst pediatrics office in idaho falls. Wouldn't take my neighbors chickens their let alpne my son's. They refuse to establish a primary care provider, different doctor every time. They are rude, heartless and impatient with the people whom pay their wages. They make it impossible to establish any kind of care and dont listen to anything you have to say. After all they know it ALLL right? Had ine tiny argument with the receptionist about Medicaid and because I was correct and they were wrong they will no longer see my children. Grow up people. Your suppossed to be health care PROFESSIONALLS, Not a rolling circus act. Want my advice? Take your kids anywhere but here.

I have taken my kids here their whole lives. I have never had a single issue. They are always prompt, kind, and seem to really care about the well being of their patients. Anytime I have called the nurse, I got a call  back the same day. We have seen several doctors and PA's here and they are all awesome!
