Rooms were clean, nice and kept up very well. Location is good in a very nice area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I've been a contractor for over 30 years, staying at many hotels/motels, and this place is one of the better extended stay motels. Free and very high speed Internet. Only two negatives; they could use more parking space. Second issue, the walls are thin, people next to you can hear everything!

Clean, quite, fully furnished 1 bedroom apt. Small home away from home. Much nicer (& cheaper) than a hotel for long term stay.

Uses old fashioned keys. Large rooms, no kids allowed, weird checkout rules which require you to take out all your trash to the dumpster and fully clean the kitchen and microwave. There are also signs everywhere about turning things off to save money and even the alarm clock was turned off. I'm all for saving energy but when a place is that cheap, it makes me wonder if they actually washed the sheets or if they look clean, they just remake the bed.
