The staff were very nice and help with whatever you need. The only thing I didn't like was that it gets a little noisy around evening time... otherwise everything is great. Breakfast is served and they have great choices.

It was clean and comfy. Had a nice view on the back side. Only downside was that the guests next door had their TV on really load all night and into the morning. But besides that it was nice.

We have been to the hotel 2 times this month while visiting Virginia Tech. They have been friendly the rooms clean and a good breakfast

The staff is excellent, but they don't get to work with a great building or view. If you are looking for a no frills place, I would recommend Days Inn, Blacksburg. Jeremy, the front desk employee was excellent. He was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. They offer a lot of choices, hot and cold.

Attended a town hall for Congressman Morgan Griffith at this location. The facility was sufficient for the 250 attendees, though the room became very hot during the event, my one complaint that could be attributed to the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room looked a little dated in color scheme. The chairs provided were adequate. I would attend events here again, but I would like them to turn the thermostat for that many people.
