MUCH better experience here today than last visit with the extensive wait time. The front office staff and assistant Brandi in the back have always been great. Did not like original dentist that did my extractions at all but the new one is MUCH better both with bedside manner and professionalism. Overall a more positive than negative experience, they definitely went above and beyond today!

The staff are great. Yes they don't spend a lot of time with you, but if you are in a  hurry this is the place to go. I was in dire need of a replacement of my upper denture. The staff at the office in Muncie, IN was great. I have wore the same dentures for over 20 years and this was my first replacement. They fit better then my old ones. After the fist try the tech. went back and worked on them for just a couple of minutes and i am now, for the first time ever, able to keep them in and even eat without using any paste. The color matches my lowers and they are beyond comfortable. I had to go with their Economy set due to my dental insurance would not pay. Well worth the time and effort. I you don't need hand holding and just want to get in and get what you need done and get out, this is the place for you. I will go back

The front office staff were very nice to me, but the dentist was extremely short and in a hurry to leave. I couldn't finish a sentence without being cut off, and just felt rushed. I was told when I left they needed 4 weeks to get approval from Medicaid, but 6 weeks later I am still waiting. So however nice the two ladies were to me I am not confident that I would get the time and attention to make me comfortable or to do a good job so I will not be returning.

The office staff are very nice. The office is clean, and quiet. Whitney, the dental assistant is super great. I love her.  I had some issues after my procedure, but the doctor was quick to fix them and I felt monumentally better an hour after leaving the office. I highly recommend Affordable Dentures in Muncie indiana for your denture needs. Many thanks to you guys!

I don't understand why the assistants and doctors won't listen to us!  They always want to beat around the bush instead of being straight forward.  I paid $130 out of my pocket for a repair and I am not satisfied with the work that was done.  I have sores in my mouth now and have to take my teeth out occasionally during the day to help relieve the discomfort.  Now, I have to make another appointment to have my teeth fixed again.  You guys are a rip off!  I will not be coming back to you and will not recommend your office to anyone.
