I am always warmly greeted by the receptionist. The dental assistants always remember my name and how to pronounce it correctly. The dentist is through and explains things clearly and lets you know what he will do next as he works. I had the option of selecting 3 different denture places with cost not being a factor. Because this office offered that I would get my temporary Dentures the same day and not have to wait up to 6 weeks as it would have been with the other 2 options. My teeth were in bad shape and I wanted it all taken care of at once and not spread over 2 months. I carefully checked the office out with the Better Business Bureau and checked out the dentist as well. I found positive results from my searches. My aunt also investigated the office and also found favorable ratings. I am extremely pleased with my decision to select Affordable Dentures!

Avoid at all costs. The pricing is great, and the doctor there is very helpful and knowledgeable. But working with his staff is a completely different story. Don't let your first appointment set the bar, after they have you, and your money they no longer care and will not help you. In fact, they will assume every one is the same and just start making changes to you detures with out talking to you first. It is was the least professional I have been treated in a clinical setting. I doubt anyone one (other than the dentist himself) is licensed to see patients.

The Dr. Hilton and his staff do a great job. They fill between the cracks of affordable dental health care. I opted for dentures because of years of reoccurring pain. I couldn't afford regular dentistry. Dental insurance is a joke. If you think about what they do for the money. Great value. The tech honored my warranty at no charge . My bottom plate broke. Fixed them better than ever. I will see them for implants. TY!

Great staff! Really friendly! Awesome service! Got my new dentures and they fit them perfectly! I highly recommend the Ultimate Fit dentures. They're more expensive but so worth the cost and the 3 day wait! Very comfortable and seal really well. Way better than my previous set!

After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, It seemed to start to go better until I tried to explain to the nurse, or whatever she was, that I was working a second shift and could not pick up my dentures in the afternoon. Befotre I even understood that 2,3 or 4 were the only times they allowed you to pick up, she turned to me with a condescending voice and said "Should I give you your dentures back?" Stunned by this I proceeded to question what times were available. This is when she explained the afternoon only routine. I scheduled my pick u p for 2 weeks out when I go back to 1st shift. What about those who never work 1st? Pretty silly routine. We'll check back after my "afternoon only" pick up and see if I am treated any better. Hope craftsmanship is better than customer service.
