Professionalism, quality, attention to detail. This is only the beginning of my glowing review of Steve Ortiz and Affordable Family Living. From the beginning, Steve has been highly professional. I spoke to several contractors before beginning a complete remodel of my kitchen and dining room. Steve was one of the few who actually called me back and followed through with quotes and answering questions. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied with his responses and was extraordinarily patient with me! Steve's pricing was very competitive with other contractors. Steve and his crews have done an AMAZING job on my kitchen remodel. I was very nervous about taking on a major remodel as I did, but Steve not only reassured me as we planned, he followed through and was simply 2nd to NONE in professionalism and service. He followed through with each and every one of his subcontractors AND me at each step to be certain the job was completed to my satisfaction. He was in touch on a regular basis to check in with me, so there were really no surprises on this job. My kitchen is now getting rave reviews from my Facebook friends, as I very proudly have displayed progress pictures. He has walked through on numerous occasions and noted little things (e.g. old electrical outlets -- inexpensive, but new white ones look much better than old yellowed ones) that he insisted be updated. It's that kind of attention to the tiniest details that make Steve the contractor to call. I am already talking to Steve about a basement remodel, based on my experience with him and my kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve Ortiz and Affordable Family Living.

Affordable Family Living, Steve Ortiz is the best, he did everything in the time frame and the price he quoted was the price at the end of the job, this was quite a large project, french drain and all, we will definetly use Steve again Lucille Noeske, President University Court Condominiums
