Customer service is a top priority with this company! Tough thing when your AC goes out in 90 degree weather, and these guys were like Johnny on the spot when other companies were telling me they were 2 weeks out. They came out right away to work on my 2 rooftop units and although they had to come back again, they fixed my issue, fixed it correctly and didn't over charge me. I also just found out they offer a full line of services. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again!

Very horrible customer service.  The Service manager Nathan was very rude and accusatory.  I had their company come out to my hotel and diagnose a problem and they shut off one of  my hot water heater with out telling me.  Now that the freeze came in it blew up and know I am stuck with a $9000 broken water heater and I have proof they were the only ones to touch it.  Please keep a close eye on them if you do decide to hire them.  Don't expect any kind of customer service on any mistakes they make.

Colorado mechanical systems is a fake company they do not even have real engineers sizing equipment and doing work , and only choose ams mechanical services or murphy mechanical or tolin mechanical to perform qualified hvac mechanical work colorado mechanical systems is trash and there techs are not certified they are hacks and fakes and colorado mechanical systems has been fined several times from osha and therefore this company colorado mechanical systems is a hazard to their clients and the hvac industry this is because they are amateurs

Had them come out to my place of business to give me a estimate to replace our thermostats. Was charge $517.00 for the service call. It is 30 days later and I still do not have a estimate. I have called several times and am always told I will get it. I will not be doing business here.
