i tried to contact client for service and they were completly rude to me and hung up on me. i called them back to speak to a manager and they said some very profane language and told me they are not interested in what im selling. im a store clerk at cvs pharmacy and was not trying to sell them anything. in fact,,,,,, i was trying to have my master bathroom re-done. if this is how they treat all their customers i strongly suggest going elsewhere. i have never been treated this rudly from any business let alone a business that i was trying to spend so much money with. if i could have given a zero star review i would have

My husband & I used George as a general contractor for the building of our home. This was the first time we had used a general contractor. We found him from the BBB's website. When we met with him we were impressed by his printout of each stage of the project & how it was broke down with the total cost overall. This was the last time we were impressed with George. All of his estimated cost in his printout were estimates & weren't broken down by actual cost. If we saved money on materials the cost of the project never went down. Included in the cost of the bathrooms were the shower heads. We were taken to Lowe's to pick from 2 that George had chosen. He was unable to tell us the budget we had to pick one. We expected him to say "The budget is $200. If you select something more expensive that will increase the fee & less expensive will lower the fee." This was the only fixture in the ENTIRE house that was included. That was very odd. We had to supply, by supply I mean we had to go to the store, buy them & deliver them to the job site, all other faucets, lights, fans, door knobs etc. George also asked that all fixtures we bought including appliances be delivered to the site earlier than needed for installation. They sat in the garage for a week before they were installed in the house. During this week neither George or his contractors bothered to look at what we bought to make sure they would work, check dimensions (which he didn't supply any requirements before we bought them), or look at instructions for installation. We have propane & bought an oven that was gas but convertible to propane. The plumber told George I bought the wrong item & they swore we were in the wrong. My husband went to the job site, pulled out the drawer on the bottom of the oven to locate the attachments included to convert to propane. This is one example of George's professionalism. Another example is my husband showed up at OUR home & overheard George complaining to one of his contractors about how awful my husband & I were. He was complaining about how we wanted the medicine cabinets in the wall & why didn't we just buy a different kind. My husband informed George that he said his guys could do it how we wanted. George didn't even try to explain himself. Once I met George at Panera after work to go over some changes. I brought the 1 paint color I wanted for the house. He was excited it was just 1 color & started complaining about another client that wanted each room painted a different color. Last example is I sent an email to George about how disappointed I was in how my kitchen cabinets turned out. I don't like the height they were installed at & was never consulted. George sent a "confidential" email to my husband complaining about me & telling him that he needed to get me under control. My husband forwarded it to me & I then replied to George. We went over budget on the project because George is unable to breakdown each element of the project. If you save money in one place something else is magically more expensive in another area. I constantly asked George where we could cut back on cost & he never had an answer. I also asked for a breakdown of what everything cost so far & he referred me to the original contract. That did me no good because it was vague. We also had one of his contractors ask if we were going to pay him or if George was going to pay him. This seemed to be a running theme because the impression we got was George wasn't good at paying his subcontractors on time even though we had paid George for the work. If you want a cookie cutter home that looks like it came off the showroom floor of Lowe's then George is your man. If you want anything to be imaginative then find a contractor that will listen. George talked AT us not to us. I could go on & on about how unhappy I am with his service. My advice is to stay away from him. Our project was too much for him to handle. He might be able to remodel a closet on budget.

Absolutely awful. George the owner tries pressure sales tactics, lies about scheduling, and does substandard work. Avoid at all costs; he screwed us over, he screwed over a family member, and he'll screw you over too.
