We are an Independent, "Trusted Choice" insurance agency specializing in Auto and Homeowners Insurance. We represent companies such as Progressive, Travelers and many others. No one is refused coverage and we have great rates no matter what your situation. We are currently licensed in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

The agent Mary Peppelman always goes above & beyond to find the lowest price with the most coverage for me & my family. I recommend all my friends that are looking for insurance to call them. Altogether so far there's been 7 different friends in need of getting insurance or looking to change insurance company because of high prices, and out of  all 7 of my friends that needed a better policy, everyone of them ended up getting insurance through affordable. Thank you for helping us, the blue collar workers, it's good to know I can trust you to do what's best for me & my family.

I did a Google search for insurance offices that deal with progressive. This office popped up as an office which brokers through progressive and I went there to complete an endorsement on my policy.
The next month I went there to cancel my progressive policy and the lady who helped me told me they will not help me again and the service they did before was a one time courtesy -as their office did not write my policy. She said "We are not a fax service and you are not a client."  I explained that I will be getting a new policy in the coming weeks and that I wanted to have it written at their office as they are close by. She explained that until it's written by them they will not help me.
I will NOT have them write my new policy directly as a result of the way I was treated. The underwriter was rude and offered me no assistance as a future customer. They have lost my business.
