Brian Hartle and his staff are great.  Often, when you have to contact your insurance agent you are already stressed.  I have always found them to be responsive, caring, understanding, and helpful.  Whatever your need is they will figure it out.  Also, I like how Brian takes the time to explain your insurance overages and compares them to your needs making sure that you are not buying more then you need and that you have the coverage that is right for you.

Superb customer service. They always go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered with patience. Even when I had to work with a different insurance company to collect a claim after a no fault accident I was still able to call my State Farm insurance and get an idea of what questions and services to ask from the other insurance company. I went from being completely lost of what to do to knowing exactly what to expect! Thank you!

Brian and his team are very kind, and easy going. On different occasions I've spoken with different members of the team and they all have positive and bright outlooks and attitudes, which is amazingly helpful when dealing with anything insurance related! I can guarantee that anytime I need their assistance, they will make my problems much simpler and help me to find a solution!
