I have thick, strong 4C hair. While this salon does provide good-looking styles, the cost of their work is more than I am willing to endure any longer. Customer service is nonexistent.  Bathroom is filthy. Wait time is ridiculously long, with the standard response of "very soon" when asked about wait times. They do not take appoinments. Be prepared to have a headache and 1-2 sleepless nights after your braids due to tightness...despite asking REPEATEDLY to leave edges out, and to braid more loosely. It's as if their fingers are meant to torture. I posted a photo of my hair that was pulled out of my head FROM THE ROOT. You can see the root stem.  It came out once i took my hair down. I should have known when I had bumps and irritation after the install. Will never come here again. And if you valie the hair on your head, your time, and your energy, i would recommend you stay away as well...

Called and asked for a specific person to do my braids. Drove 45 min there and she wasn't there. Then told me she is unable to do that style anyway. Wasted an hour and a half of my precious time!!!

Please please please do not waste your time or your money on these amateurs... It took them 2 hours to do me 4 braids that she didn't part correct.. All the braids look different even tho it was suppose to be 4 braids going straight back.. I felt like I had seriously been punked...

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY CHARGED ME 45 DOLLARS FOR TWO BRAIDS. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE. THEN, MY HAIR LOOKED A MESS AND THE LADY REFUSED TO DO IT OVER.
