Went into the store today to find some curly Brazilian hair. The customer service agent seemed very helpful and very nice he instructed me to look at some hair called (Ali bundle) the price of the hair was Mouth dropping and the hair looked ok so I decided to go ahead and give it a try being that they had the 4×4 closures to match(sold seperatly). Now again the ali bundle hair is advertised in the store to be brought bundle by bundle upon looking online I seen that the hair actually comes three bundles in a package something like a multi-pak. now these multipacks were advertised for the same exact price the store was charging per bundle. here's the catch when the store unpackaged the bundles out of the multi-pack they forgot to cut off the tag that says 3 piece multipack so I quickly realized that the one bundle of hair that I brought was supposed to be a multi-pack and was actually taken out of its pack and sold separately I was totally disgusted and humiliated. it just goes to show that these Asians/Chinese people will rip us African American people off because they think we don't have sense enough to do the research on the hair. with that being said I did call the store back and he did offer me my money back, which I did get back(which they never do, but when you caught up, you gotta do right) I also showed him the tag that says that the hair is supposed to be a multi-pack of three pieces of hair and told him if he give me another pack of hair he could just keep the money which he'd still be getting more than the package is worth. he refused even though the package says it's supposed to be three bundles of hair.I told him it's okay I don't want to make a big fuss, but overall he looked stupid I'm sure he felt stupid and overall he lost money ( I hate smart dumb people). all I can tell you guys is check what you buy.

Over inflated prices, disrespectful, and distasteful people that work there. I purchased earrings and they didnt put them in the bag, I came right backvin the store and the guy who rung me up asks to see the receipt and said he has to review the tape.....really!! Why would I go thru this over a 7 dollar pair of earrings!! They think everyone wants to steal from them!! Needless to say 2 months later, still no refund or my earrings...just an excuse why they haven't had the time to address the situation.  Also on many occasions, they have charged me for more than I had and would not refund me!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! These people speak down on the African American Community - and we are there only customers. Spend your money wisely!!! They consider us to be foolish and capitalize on the fact that we use their products.....Go to a different location!!!

Worse place to work for, never again. They don't care bout your safety or well being. Horrible customer service thats the reason why they hire African-Americans because they dont know how to talk to people nor interact with our ethnicity which saddens me because they believe that all we do is steal merchandise from their store. They don't keep their products up to date so make sure you check the expiration date or look inside the product/merchandise if need to.
