My life has been made so simple and my tummy is so incredibly happy since I found After Body Meals.  No more grocery store everyday, no more wondering what we are going to have for dinner, no more worrying about fat grams and calories because i found After Body Meals.  Not only are the meals tasty, healthy and fresh, the creativity is astounding.  I also want to mention the delivery people and Kirk and Heidi who have made this such an amazing adventure. Cant wait to see my new menu each week!!  And they bring it to us !!!°SO excited, thank you ABM!!!

After Body Meals has made it possible to live a busy life and keep a healthy lifestyle. For someone that works a full time job, full time student, and tries to keep up with fitness, these meals are a life saver! They are NEVER boring, and the flavors are always amazing. I never have to eat the same thing every day, and I'm always comfortably full. I would highly recommend After Body Meals. By the way, their customer service is phenomenal which is rare now a days! Totally worth every cent.

After Body Meals is FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for healthy meals on the go. Each meals is super fresh and delicious; and they deliver right to your door every week. Ordering their meals has been life changing - especially while trying to work full time and go to school. I will definitely be a long time customer!!

After Body Meals has changed my life! I have a hectic schedule and am not a much of a cook. The convenience, affordability, and deliciousness of the meals was exactly what I needed in my life! After Body has introduced me to vegetables I had never even heard of before, let alone eaten. I have so much variety in my diet now and I am able to just grab a meal out of my fridge and I have a delicious lunch and dinner in 3 minutes. I tell all my coworkers about After Body and even after I moved from Port Orange to Ormond by the Sea they still remembered me and have always given me exceptional service. I weighed 158 pounds and after starting on After Body Meals and doing yoga I was down to 128 pounds in mere months! I love the text updates and reminders! Keep them coming! Thank you After Body!

These meals are so flavorful! And I'm never hungry after I have one of their meals for lunch or dinner - I feel like I'll actually be able to reach my fitness goals this year and I'm not sacrificing any nutrients! Plus, I'll be much more comfortable scheduling my wedding dress fittings in January thanks to these meals 💪🏻👰
