I first reached out to Brett Williams and Agate Bay Realty for assistence  with property management. I also let them know that I'd be interested in selling my duplex.

Brett made it extremely easy to make the transition from renting to selling. He went out of his way to  assist with all of the arrangements necessary to sell the property. He went above and beyond in making certain that the property was ready to sell and also made certain that all details work completed in my absence.

I highly recommend Brett and his team for any assistance with either property management or home sales.

 We rented a cabin for Christmas a couple of times from Agate Bay Realty and it was perfect! My husband and I just bought a house in Tahoe last month and Brett Williams was AMAZING. He guided us trough out the transaction and helped us resolve every little problem. We live in L.A. so he its going to manage our home... literally, he goes beyond his duties to help us in any way possible...He even went to my house to take care of a few deliveries, change the thermostat, brought an electrician, (without charge), if you are looking to rent a place in Lake Tahoe or to buy or sell... I promise you, this is your guy!! They even stop by your rental before you go to heat the house, turn on the lights and put wood in the fire place so you can feel at home the moment you get there....like I said,AMAZING!!!

Working with Brett and company was a wonderful experience.  We ski leased through Agate Bay this winter and everything went very well.  Brett is very knowledgeable about the area and extremely patient with questions and generally helpful.  I would absolutely recommend working with Agate Bay for anyone visiting the North Lake Tahoe area.

My group and I had a fantastic time at the Pezzola House, it was wonderfully cozy and had a lot of games and amenities that kept everyone entertained and really elevated our stay. The Agate Bay office was very helpful with renting the cabin and directions for cleaning, this was easily one of the best stays I have experienced in renting a cabin in the Tahoe Area. Thanks again guys.
