Food is good. It started with nice servers. First with two trays of fresh tortillas and salsa. My kids loved it. They finished it so server brought second batch. I ordered tacos de carnitas. We had the Bistec Ranchero, and it was absolutely one of the tastiest grilled ribeye steaks I've had in a while -- tender, juicy, & full of flavor. It was served with grilled peppers, onions & tomatoes. WOW!  Our children loved the Chicken Fajita and the Steak Quesadilla.  Our server made excellent recommendations. He was attentive, polite, and fast  We weren't really sure what to expect when we walked in, but this place has a huge menu, fabulous staff, and delicious food.

Food was great! Margarita we ordered seemed to lack tequila in it though one less star for that. While we sat outside, it was lovely nice evening to have dinner and enjoy good food.Food: 4/5

Looking for lunch on a Tuesday and this place was within walking distance and the only place open. When the local cops eat there, you know it's good. We both ordered lunch steak and shrimp fajitas and the food didn't disappoint. The waitress brought them out sizzling hot. Lunch was good, the waitress was busy but friendly. I would recommend.

We were at Tybee for 3 days.. food at other places was "ok" nothing that stood out.. found Agave for lunch one day.. and it was wonderful! Service was great, even with a party of 7 during lunch. Manager / hostess/ bartender / server had a great personality and was extremely courteous. I don't eat meat so he gave me the ability to completely customize a meal to make it vegetarian. Definitely our best meal and overall experience during our week long stay at Tybee !

The food here is fantastic!!! They make their own mole. They hand make and stuff their own chiles. They have great tamales. We live locally & it’s so worth the 20 min drive past all the other Mexican places to eat here.

Big menu with all your Mexican favorites and some interesting cocktails. Try a 'Texan' extra booze version margarita with guava flavor added, lots of options. Prices are a little higher because it's near the beach. Very casual. Fun place.Food: 4/5

Great no frills spot for delicious Mexican food. We ordered tacos al pastor, tacos asada, and the burrito grande with guacamole to start. Everything was flavorful, especially the Al pastor. Food is reasonably priced, including the beers in tap. Our server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back to sample more of the menu.
